Tasting notes
Using the Méthode Traditionelle technique, this wild cuvee is pale in colour with beautiful apple aroma on the nose. The fine bubbles explode in the mouth and have long length in the glass. Hints of vanilla and blossom. This blend has been specially grown and crafted for an aromatic light dry and fruity sparkling cider.
