Shipping Information

Shipping Policy
Under the Tasmanian Liquor Licensing Act 1990 we are unable to complete your order and ship your purchase until we receive your Date of Birth details confirming you are over 18.  If we have not received this as part of your check out process in the 'note to seller' field, we will email you direct for this information.

Shipping rates per case are as follows:

Launceston - no charge
Other locations within Tasmania flat rate $9.00
Melbourne Metro $17.00
Rest of Victoria $23.00
Sydney Metro $23.00  (As at 30 June 2018 we are not shipping to NSW or ACT as we have not yet signed into the Container Deposit Scheme)
Rest of NSW $31.00 (As at 30 June 2018 we are not shipping to NSW or ACT as we have not yet signed into the Container Deposit Scheme) 
Brisbane Metro $31.00
Adelaide Metro $41.00

Your delivery address
When selecting your delivery address, please select an address where someone (who must be over 18) will be there to receive your package during business hours.
If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel at the property.  If you do have any special delivery instructions please inform us so that we may communicate this to our courier. 

Can I send a parcel to a friend?
Yes – please state ‘Shipping address’ to be different from the billing address in the ordering form.  If you would like a gift note with your parcel, please state in the ‘Note to Seller box’  the exact message you would like written on the card.  You will need to confirm the recipient of the gift is over 18 by providing a date of birth (this is required by Tasmanian law).

If your delivery is late
If your delivery is late or you believe it is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.  Once we have been notified of a late or missing delivery, we will make enquiries with the carrier and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Payment
For your protection, all credit card transactions are conducted on a SSL secured site.
Please note: all prices in the online store are in Australia Dollars (AUD)

Changes to orders
If there are any changes to the delivery address or instructions it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us immediately.
 


Dispatch Policy
Payment is required at the time of purchase, prior to dispatch.
Dispatch of your order will occur within two (2) working days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Australian public holidays).

 

returns information

Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email below prior to the return.

Exchanges
We only exchange if the item is defective.    If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email (see below) and we can advise the best method for you to return the goods to us.

Return Shipping
To return your goods, you should mail to 9 Craythorne Road Rosevears Tas 7277.  Please contact us via email mutts2.cb@gmail.com before doing so.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods unless the item is faulty or broken in transit.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged goods to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider arranging a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will received your returned goods.  

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
 


Late or missing refunds

If if does not appear that you have received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  

If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
