Tasting notes

Using the Méthode Traditionelle techniques, this wild cuvee is pale yellow in colour with vibrant fine bubbles that have fabulous length. The aroma is delicate apple. Elegant and dry, this cider really is a delight and emulating the “Royal Cider’s” of the 16th Century.
