Combining handcrafted Tasmanian spirit and local cherries, our rose cider is unique in Australia.
In keeping with our minimal intervention philosophy, this cider has a little bit of funk. This Rose is our original take on the royal ciders that date back to 1639 with a bit of Normandy style funk.
With a careful pour you can leave the little sediment that remains at the bottom of the bottle, but capture all of the character it creates.

This sparkling-style cider is 99% apple cider finished with 1% Tasmanian cherry liqueur.
11.5% ABV
