Shipping information

Our shipping policy
Under the Tasmanian Liquor Licensing Act 1990, we are unable to complete your order and ship your purchase until we receive your date of birth details confirming you are over 18.

If we have not received this information as part of your check out process in the 'note to seller' field, we will email you directly for this information.

Your delivery address
When selecting your delivery address, please select an address where someone (who must be over 18) will be there to receive your package during business hours.

If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel at the property. If you do have any special delivery instructions please inform us so that we may communicate this to our courier. 

Can I send a parcel to a friend?
Yes, of course! When completing the ordering form during check out, please place your friend’s address in the ‘Shipping address’ field. You can include your address in the ‘Billing address’ field.

If you would like to include a gift note with your parcel, please write the exact message you’d like on the card in the ‘Note to Seller’ field.

You will need to confirm the recipient of the gift is over 18 by providing a date of birth (this is required by Tasmanian law).

If your delivery is late
We ship via Australia Post. If your delivery is late or you believe it is missing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.

Once we have been notified of a late or missing delivery, we will make enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Payment
For your protection, all credit card transactions are conducted on our SSL secured site.

Please note: all prices in the online store are in Australia Dollars (AUD).

Changes to orders
If there are any changes to the delivery address or instructions it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us immediately.

Dispatch Policy
Payment is required at the time of purchase, prior to dispatch.

Dispatch of your order will occur within two (2) working days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Australian public holidays).


Returns policy

Our returns policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request the return of your purchase, please email us directly.

Return shipping
Please contact us via email before sending any item(s) for return.

Once we have confirmed (via email) that we have received your return request, you may ship the item(s) in question to us. Please address all return items as follows:

Important to note:

  • Unless the returning item is deemed faulty or is broken in transit, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  • Shipping costs incurred upon purchase are non-refundable, as are those incurred when processing a return. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item has been deemed faulty or broken in transit).

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged goods to reach you may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider arranging a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will received your returned goods.

Upon receival of returned item(s)
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only exchange purchases if the item is deemed defective. If you require an exchange (for the same item purchased), simply send us an email and we can advise the best method for you to return the goods to us.

Late or missing refunds
Upon notice of approval of your refund, please keep an eye on your bank account to ensure receival of funds. If you have not received the refund within seven (7) working days of the refund being processed, please contact your bank as it may be some time before your refund is officially posted.
