We are so busy at Brady's Lookout Cider. Spring has sprung (our first apple blossom has shown its glory) and both the vineyard and the orchard are starting to look a treat. Never mind the massive amount of grass - the four legged lawn mowers (sheep) are struggling to keep up. Good thing our sheep have had a few lambs!
The cider mill development is progressing even further. This shot (above) is from Tamar Ridge Estate (our next door neighbours). You can see our top orchard that has been planted and it also gives a great view of the cider mill. Not too long now and we will have the roof on.
We have also had some wonderful help from family repairing our main bridge across to the orchard. It is fantastic and will mean we can now begin again to take machinery over the creek for the orchard work. Thanks to our super family for all their help.
All of this and we have almost completed the finishing touches for the 2016 vintage. Looking forward to this one. Enjoy the Spring and daylight savings!

Like the convict, we are on the run, so here you will find out more about what we are up to.
I purchased your cider last fortnight. Loved it so much, can I purchase two cases!
