Finally after significant work, we now have the walls core filled for the cider mill development. As Barney the cider mill dog looks on, the cement truck and crane were moving into place to commence the fill. www.instagram.com/p/BVaqT0jht_9/?taken-by=bradys_lookout_cider.
Now, we are scheduled to work on drainage and roof preparation. Although it will not look like a lot is happening, there is further foundation work for the roof and also waterproofing - particularly in the underground cellar piece.
In amongst all this, we are still quietly working away in the heritage orchard. The sheep are busy strip grazing the rows (our trusty lawn mowers) and we are also just about to mulch and prune.
We have also finalised our press for the 2017 vintage and this year's pressing has been a mix of challenges but also exciting. We are set to have a new style to our range in late 2017 and a heritage apple methode traditionelle cider for our 2018 vintage.
Over the coming months we will look to disgorge our 2017 vintage ready for sale. So stay tuned for the new vintage in late 2017 - it will be worth waiting for.
It is never a dull moment here!

I purchased your cider last fortnight. Loved it so much, can I purchase two cases!
